Hurry…..only 3 openings left!

I have finally gotten around to editing some pictures from our mini-vacation from a few weeks ago. I was going to post them all in one post, but decided that it would be a picture overload so this post will be dedicated to our one day visit with my parents. Mia was SO excited to get to see Mom-Mom and Pop-Pop.

Here she is in the car on our way out of Dallas. Notice the sun coming up in the background. She did great on this car trip until we hit the Hill Valley area of Texas. She was quite the trooper, but finally couldn’t help it anymore and got sick. A quick stop at Sonic for a Sprite and a corndog and she was feeling much better. We learned that lesson the hard way. Always feed Mia breakfast before a car trip!

Once we got to my parents and had a little lunch (homemade pizza that was really good) Mia got to help her Pop-Pop make some sourdough bread. She loves to help cook.

Finally, after dinner………the park. My mom has been dying to take Mia and it was so much fun…..for all of us.

Saylor is becoming quite the appentice photographer. Here are a couple that he took on the merry-go-round.

This park was great! It had all the older type playground stuff and some of the newer kind of equipment too.

It clearly brought back childhood memories for my Dad! This picture cracks me up!

Mia watching Pop-Pop being a goofball. She thought is was hilarious…..the rest of us agreed.
