Is anyone else DYING to see this movie? I may be about to embarrass myself by sharing this, but I am a musical junkie! I LOVE them. Especially the ones with happy upbeat music. I have been looking forward to seeing this movie since I first saw the trailer……maybe around Christmas! There are so many things that make me want to see it. First, it’s about a wedding…..I LOVE weddings. Second, one of the stars is Amanda Seyfried of Big Love and Mean Girls (I know….what can I say I like trashy TV). Third it’s set in Greece which is the one place I’ve decided I HAVE to visit before my life ends. Seriously doesn’t it look like the most beautiful, interesting place on earth? And last but not least…….ABBA music. O.k. Now I have REALLY embaressed myself. Yes, I admit I like ABBA, but I am not the only one or they wouldn’t still be popular now would they? Anyway, if anyone wants to join us I think my little Mamma Mia and I will be going to see this on Friday when it comes out. 
She loves musicals too. Come to think of it so does my grandmother……maybe it’s hereditary.

My wife and I saw the musical back in July 03 in Portland and it was great. I hope the movie lives up to the actual musical.
